Frequently asked questions about Stadthalle Reutlingen –
we’re happy to be of help
Some questions keep coming up time and again. We would like to provide answers here. If your question is not included: We’re looking forward to your message and will also gladly help you in person.
Where can I get entrance tickets for events in Stadthalle Reutlingen?
We do not sell tickets directly since tickets may be purchased only via such ticket agencies as are authorized by the event’s respective promoter. More information is available from the promoters themselves. Our service for you: In our Event Calendar we provide an internet link to the respective ticket agency for every event – to ensure you get your tickets quickly.
Can tickets be bought on the day?
That depends: the promoters decide if tickets are sold on the day at the box office. Such information is provided by the promoters who usually publish it in advance via their usual channels (home page, advance sale systems).
Is there a cloakroom?
For your comfort and security we offer cloakroom services for all events. We are happy to safeguard bulky coats, jackets, hats and headgear as well as other large accessories such as huge mufflers, capes etc. Large bags, laptop cases, backpacks, or motorcycle and bicycle helmets can be left there as well. Due to reasons of liability in case the hall needs to be evacuated, we are obliged to safeguard such items. Our staff is always available to discuss which individual items may be brought along into the event locations – and which items need to wait for you outside.
Which route options take me to the venue?
See the Route Description tab to find the quickest route to us, whether by train, bus or car. Including directions to all locations where you may easily park your vehicle.
Is catering provided?
Who enjoys performances on an empty stomach? Our catering team provides selected snacks and a broad range of hot and cold beverages during event breaks. You are welcome to order your „break sustenance“ in advance to prevent waiting times and queuing. At break time, just walk over to the fully set (tall) table reserved for you.
